Dana L. Llewellyn 12/28/50 ~ 12/11/02 Our dear friend, Dana L. Llewellyn departed this earth on Dec. 11, 2002 to be reunited with his parents Leslie G. and Kay, his brother Terry, and his beloved cats, Billie, Stan, Glennard and Teddy. Dana was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on Dec. 30, 1950. He graduated from East High and the U of U, and worked as a medical technologist for over 20 years. Dana was a gifted athlete who excelled in every sport he chose to pursue. Dana was a superb guitarist whose virtuosity impressed all those fortunate enough to hear him perform. He loved his music, guitars, the Beatles, gun collections and his cats. Dana's generosity was boundless, and always offered without any expectation of reciprocation. No one could have a more loyal friend than Dana. Dana is survived by his faithful loving companions Biddle, Chubs and Minnie Mae. Dana will be sorely missed by the many people who loved and appreciated him. May he rest in peace, and find eternal happiness. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday Dec. 18, 2002 at the Neil O'Donnell Mortuary, 372 East 1st South at 12 Noon where friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment Murray City Cemetery. Funeral Directors Broomhead Funeral Home.

David Bennion

I remember Dana most from elemetary school at Bonneville.  He was an extremely talented athlete at that young age and very tough, but not unkind.  What was most impressive was his skill at the Piano.  I remember him playing a difficlut piece on the piano that had different tempo's for each hand, played well and flawlessly.

I would sure like to know about his life and how he passed away.
