LeGrande Fugal Wright, age 50, of Salt Lake City, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2001.
LeGrande was born January 25, 1951 in Salt Lake City to Harold Mathew and Genevieve Fugal Wright. He married his sweetheart, Carol Poulson, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 21, 1973.
LeGrande was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and son-in-law. He loved spending time with his family and was a friend to everyone.
LeGrande is a faithful High Priest in the LDS Church, currently serving as the stake clerk, and served in the New Zealand North Mission. He enjoyed teaching the gospel and working in the temple. He loved playing with his grandson Joshua, vacationing with his family in National Parks, gardening, camping, singing, working at Norbest, and teaching at SLCC. He graduated in accounting from the University of Utah and was serving on the board of directors of NACM. He is respected and admired by all who know him. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife, Carol; children, Jennifer (Loren) Hulse, Michele (Ryan) Bushnell, Christopher Todd Wright, and Shauna Wright; grandson, Joshua Ryan Bushnell; mother, Genevieve Fugal Wright; brothers and sisters, Janet (Allan) Clyde, Richard (Marjorie) Wright, Marilyn (LaVar) Krantz, Suzanne (Joseph) Rust, and David (Kathy) Wright. Preceded in death by his father, Harold Mathew Wright.
